Gratitude Changes Everything

Gratitude is more than a feeling—it’s a posture of the heart. It shifts our focus from what’s missing to what’s meaningful, from what’s heavy to what’s holy. When we choose gratitude, even in the smallest moments, we begin to see God’s hand in everything.

In HeartWork Inspires Gratitude Journal, we are reminded that gratitude isn’t just for the good days—it’s for the growing days too. The moments that stretch us, shape us, and draw us closer to a deeper trust.

Today, pause and give thanksnot just for the obvious blessings, but for the quiet ones:

the breath in your lungs,

the strength to keep going,

the love that surrounds you in ways seen and unseen.

Scripture Reflection:

“Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you…” — 1 Thessalonians 5:18

Gratitude doesn’t change our circumstances—it changes us. And in that change, we find peace.

Prayer:

Lord, open my eyes to see the beauty in today. Teach my heart to be grateful in all things. Help me trust that You are working, even when I don’t understand. Fill me with a spirit of gratitude that overflows into every part of my life. Amen.
